Day to day description

Arrival Pre safari

On this day, no activities are scheduled with us, as it is designated for your arrival or pre-safari transit. You will spend the day at your arrival hotel or in transit, depending on your travel arrangements.

Day 1 From Arusha to Central Serengeti

Your migration adventure begins with a scenic drive from Arusha toward the endless plains of Serengeti National Park, passing through breathtaking landscapes and traditional Maasai villages. As you travel across the savannah, keep your camera ready for wildlife sightings such as giraffes, zebras, and antelopes along the route. Upon entering the park, begin your first exciting game drive in the famous Seronera Valley, one of the most wildlife-rich areas of the Serengeti. The golden plains and acacia trees create a stunning setting for observing lions, elephants, and other animals roaming freely in their natural habitat. Enjoy the fresh African air and scenic views while your guide shares fascinating insights about the ecosystem. Day 2 Full Day Central Serengeti Game Drive

Wake up to the magical sunrise over the Serengeti plains and prepare for a full day of wildlife exploration in Serengeti National Park. The central Serengeti is famous for its year-round wildlife population and is one of the best places to see predators such as lions, leopards, and cheetahs. Spend the day exploring open plains, river valleys, and rocky kopjes where animals gather to hunt or rest. Large herds of wildebeest and zebras can often be seen grazing peacefully across the endless savannah. Your experienced guide will track wildlife movements and explain the fascinating behaviors of different species. Enjoy a relaxing picnic lunch in the wilderness surrounded by spectacular scenery. The afternoon game drive continues with more wildlife encounters and photography opportunities before returning to the lodge. Enjoy dinner and a peaceful night in the heart of the Serengeti. Day 3 Central Serengeti – Western Corridor

After breakfast, depart from central Serengeti and follow the migration path toward the western corridor of Serengeti National Park. The drive itself becomes an exciting safari experience as wildlife appears along the way across vast golden plains. This region is famous for the seasonal movement of thousands of wildebeest and zebras heading toward the Grumeti River. Enjoy game viewing stops as your guide searches for predators such as lions and hyenas that often follow the migration herds. The western Serengeti landscape features riverine forests, open savannah, and beautiful rolling hills. Upon arrival near the river area, continue exploring the surrounding plains in search of migrating animals. Later, check in at your lodge overlooking the stunning Serengeti wilderness. Day 4 Grumeti River Migration Safari

Today is dedicated to exploring the famous Grumeti River area, one of the most dramatic locations of the Great Migration in Serengeti National Park. Thousands of wildebeest and zebras gather along the riverbanks, preparing to cross the crocodile-infested waters. The suspense builds as herds move back and forth before finally plunging into the river in a breathtaking spectacle of nature. During the game drive, you may also see lions, crocodiles, elephants, and other animals attracted to the migration activity. The surrounding landscapes provide incredible opportunities for wildlife photography and birdwatching. Enjoy a peaceful picnic lunch near the river while observing wildlife in their natural habitat. Day 5 Serengeti National Park to Arusha

Enjoy a short early morning game drive to capture the last glimpses of wildlife across the vast plains of Serengeti National Park. This is often the best time to see predators returning from night hunts while herbivores begin grazing in the fresh morning light. After the game drive, return to the lodge for breakfast before beginning the journey back to Arusha. Along the way, enjoy scenic landscapes and occasional wildlife sightings that make the journey part of the safari experience. Stop for lunch and stretch your legs before continuing the drive through beautiful Tanzanian countryside. Arrive in Arusha in the late afternoon with unforgettable memories of the Great Migration and Serengeti adventure.
